soulhex I dont think we have to be specific. to make excellent job performance, to be a succesful worker, first of all we should know and understand what we are doing, and also we need to love the job, we better like it, I have seen many labors who are doing their job to get a little amount of money. however If you love what you r doing then you dont have to worry about money cuz the businessmen will call you and they ll offer you a whatever you like.
